WhatoFlow User Guide
This guide is written for day-to-day SME operations. Wording follows the Traditional Chinese labels in the product’s left navigation, with emphasis on what each area helps you do. It also includes a Tutorial map: each chapter has examples, and the Tutorial overview links scenarios to features.
What’s new in this edition (aligned with product UI updates around 16–17 April 2026): Published apps manual start can include an opening message and multiple attachments; Running apps monitoring can remember filters and paging, and Meta / WhatsApp Flows responses are easier to read; CUI Apps Package supports preview with item selection, asynchronous packaging, and download. Details are in Chapters 1 and 2.
